The Challenge

To retrieve the object dropped to the bottom of the empty water tube using any available nearby props.

You are busy negotiating a major business deal when your drop your all-weather cellular phone down an open pipe. What you were doing there in the first place is a mystery, but the phone at the bottom of the pipe is now a reality. You need to get it back quickly, because the phone is still on, and it is costing you big bucks in long-distance charges every minute.
